About the Role
At Happydemics, we are looking for a Campaign Manager to drive and execute multichannel marketing campaigns that support our marketing efforts and contribute to customer growth. In this role, you will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns that engage our audience at every stage of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to combine creativity, data-driven decision-making, and marketing automation in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including event management (landing pages, post-registration flows, guest lists, follow-up emails, etc.).
Work with the Account Management team on campaign flows to boost activation.
Design and implement a content distribution strategy tailored to our audience (prospects, leads, opportunities) to engage them throughout the sales cycle.
Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
